Plastics Make it Possible® Partners with LIVE! with Kelly for “Grilling with the Stars” Summer Grilling Segment

Celebrities Compete for $25,000 Toward Their Favorite Charities

This summer, Plastics Make it Possible^® is teaming up with the nationally-syndicated talk show LIVE! with Kelly—featuring Emmy Award-winning host Kelly Ripa—to turn up the heat this summer with LIVE’s “Grilling with the Stars” cooking competition.

The LIVE! with Kelly “Grilling with the Stars” set up will include kitchen basics made from recycled plastics like durable, easy-to-clean plastic silicone basting brushes and beautiful and shatter-resistant plastic serving bowls. Plastics can make grilling easier—and more fun—than ever.

The weekly segment will air for 10 weeks with a series of celebrity guests to create mouthwatering grilled recipes. After each show, viewers will have the chance to “Rate the Recipe” on the LIVE! with Kelly website. One lucky person each week will receive a cash prize and a Plastics Make it Possible^® “Summer Fun” package—simply by voting. Additionally, after all of the segments air, the voting will be opened again and viewers will be able to determine whose recipe reigns supreme. The winning celebrities’ recipe will win the grand prize of a $25,000 check for their favorite charity.
