Plastics Make it Possible^SM went to Aspen for the 2010 FOOD & WINE Classic with lifestyle expert Sissy Biggers. While Sissy was sharing some clever tips for using innovative plastic gadgets and tools to make the most of your next meal or celebration, we were touring the Grand Tasting Pavilion to see what other innovative tools the top-tier chefs, restaurants and wineries were displaying. From wines being bottled in handy, shatter-resistant plastic, to nylon spatulas, plastic peelers, and silicone basting brushes, oven mitts and bakeware, plastic was all the rage at this year’s Classic!
